Linux version 1.0.1 released
#1
Well, 1.0.0 lasted for a day until I realized there was a critical bug in the Tilemap Editor (tools/tm_editor/).

So here comes version 1.0.1:

Thanks - I've installed on an older Toshiba Satellite Pro U200 laptop running LXLE 16.04.3 and no problems so far (it's Ubuntu based so probably not surprising).  I've tested a couple of the advanced games (Missile Command and Craps Adventure), and some of the advanced demos. I'll post if I see any issues in the coming days, but I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and easily it installs and runs on my older hardware, given my very limited knowledge of Linux.
Love the new website from Tomaaz by the way......
Thank you.

Thumbs Up
Just tried it on Bodhi Linux which is based on Ubuntu, but, by default, comes with its own desktop environment called Moksha. Another distro NaaLaa works perfectly on.

As long as there's X11 and ALSA it should work. The "new" Wayland might cause problems if they remove support for X11 completely :/  On the other hand, Wayland is probably easier to work with than X11.

Thanks for testing Smile
