draw image xform, asteroids example
#1
This is not a full game, just a player that you can control and some asteroids that fly around. But there are lots of transformed image drawing going on, including the spinning and zooming background image. I'm curious about the fps on your machines? I have a solid 250fps here, but maybe this craptop is a laptop after all.

Hi Marcus,
On my ancient Lenovo X201 i5 4gb ram from 2010, running Windows 7, I am getting 200-250 fps most of the time, with dips down to 125 for short periods. I have newer laptops which I can check it on tomorrow. All the best - Kevin.

Stable 333 fps all the time on my laptop.

Very cool indeed... No lagging... Very smooth... FPS is a little "jumpy" - varies from 333 to 500 - but mostly 333.

Nicely done!
